In various excursions, the pupils were given detailed insights into the areas of flour milling, grist milling, banking, bakery and agriculture in order to gain a better understanding of political and economic events. The aim is to explore business processes in a simple and practical way. In interdisciplinary project tasks, the experiences are processed, discussed and comprehensively presented in presentations. This is followed by a simplified simulation of business activities in which the students have to conduct negotiations and make decisions. Group discussions are used to reflect on, discuss and evaluate the experiences together with the teaching staff, which should make the learning content easier to understand.
